Mox is a mission-driven community space and incubator at 1680 Mission Street in San Francisco. We bring together researchers, founders, and builders working on AI safety and other important problems. Mox combines focused workspace with events, programs, and a community where people can meet, exchange ideas, and build alongside one another.
Members use Mox as a 24/7 home base for individual work and collaboration. The three workspace options below are based on how much dedicated space you need.
Core offers shared desks and a flexible home base. Resident adds a dedicated desk, monitor, storage, and a business address. Office gives a team its own dedicated office while keeping the benefits of the Mox community.
Prices below are per month. Quarterly plans have a three-month commitment; month-to-month plans offer more flexibility.

Offices are for teams that want a dedicated workspace at Mox. The grid shows monthly rates for quarterly office contracts. A 20% discount is available for mission-aligned work; ask us about eligibility and availability.

Quarterly office contracts are billed three months up front, plus a one-month deposit. Month-to-month office contracts are available at 25% above the quarterly rate.
